2007-2008 Softball Team Receives Academic Award
The 2007-2008 Milford High School softball team was honored by the National Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association, they were 4th in the country with a 3.72 GPA. Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School was 1st with a 3.75 GPA. The was the 4th consecutive year that Milford has been in the Top 10 nationally.
Thirteen players were honored individually as Academic All-Americans. A grade point average of 3.5 for the school year was required to receive this honor. Recipients include:
Allison Brandt, Traci Aschoff, Amanda Berg, Natalie Jeppesen, Kara Schildt, Haley Stutzman, Laura Jeppesen, Raquel Ramirez, Chloe Burroughs, Liz Fortune, Sarah Weber, Mel Schneider, Kiley Stutzman, and Michala Kwalkwarf.
