2011-12 MILFORD ELEMENTARY RECOMMENDED SUPPLY LISTS
KINDERGARTEN
• box of kleenex
• 4 expo markers
• roll of paper towels
• resting towel and small pillow (labeled)
• a change of clothes in a plastic bag (labeled)
• book bag with name on it
• 4 glue sticks
1ST GRADE
• Book Bag
• 8” plastic pencil box
• 4-6 standard #2 yellow pencils (These sharpen easier and can be shared with less confusion)
• 1 box tissues
• Paint shirt (bigger older shirt that can be put over clothes when we paint)
• 1 box 24 crayons
• 2 black Expo markers – odor free-not #2’s
• Small 3x3 cotton rag to wipe off white boards
• 8oz. bottle of Elmer’s Glue
• Washable Markers – optional
• Please bring a picture of you for the first day of school- have your mom or dad take a picture of you doing your favorite summer activity.

2ND GRADE
• 1 or 2 boxes of Kleenex
• Pkg. of pencils (sharpened)
• 4 or 8 oz. glue bottle (NO BLUE GLUE or NO SPREADER TIP)
• Large erasers or eraser tips
• 2 red editing pens
• Box of crayons
• Scissors
• 2 pocket folders
• 1” 3-ring binder (2A-purple if available)(2B-any color) (2C-any color)
• Pencil box
• 2 wide-ruled 1 subject notebook
• Bookbag
• 1 small box Jiffy brand cake mix (choc., white, or yellow) for student b-days to be made in the class Easy Bake Oven (Sold at Pac N’Save)

3RD GRADE
• 4 pocket folders-1 blue, 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow
• 1 package of wide-lined loose paper
• 1 spiral notebook (1 subject)
• scissors (medium sized)
• 1 box of crayons (at least 48 count)
• 1 box of standard color markers (not permanent)
• 1 box of pencils
• pencil box
• 1 large eraser
• 3 red correcting pens
• 1 bottle of glue
• 1 glue stick
• 1 boxes of tissues
• 1 box of dry erase board markers
• 2 clean old socks
4TH GRADE
• 1 package (12) of #2 pencils(sharpened)
• 1 red checking pen
• 1 box of 24 crayons
• 2 boxes of tissues
• 1 pair of scissors
• pencil top erasers
• 1 package of wide-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
• 6 notebooks (70-100 pages)
• 1or 2 glue sticks
• 1 set of markers (8-10 colors)
• 1 set of colored pencils (We use these the most!)
• 7 pocket folders (2-red, 2- green, 2- yellow, 1 blue)
• 4 dry erase markers (dark colors please!)
• 1 set of earbuds (students will use these in 5th grade too!)

5TH GRADE

• expandable folder with 7 sections
• ear buds/ear phones

Ear buds/ear phones will be kept at school. (These can be found at Dollar Tree stores for $1.)
6TH GRADE
• 12 pencils (sharpened)

• 3 1 subject spiral notebooks
• 2 pocket folders without tabs
• 1 box colored pencils (12)
• 1 box markers (8)pk
• 2 boxes Kleenex
• 8 dry erase markers (no light colors)
• zipper pencil bag (no boxes)
• 2 white wash cloths with your name on it
• headphones/earbuds (available at the Dollar Tree for $1)
• assignment book (optional)
