Living Museum
On Friday, May 1st, Milford Elementary hosted a Living Museum featuring very special exhibits...fifth graders! The Living Museum showcased famous women and African American "statues" who came to life at the touch of a button to tell their life stories. Each student researched someone during Women's and African American History Months and wrote a biography. As a culminating project, students dressed as if they were that person, gave a speech, and displayed posters with further information. Family, friends, and other classes were able to visit and learn about many important figures in history.
