Industrial Technology Class makes benches for Milford Fun Days.

"Hometown Heroes" is the theme of the 2008 Milford Fun Days that will take place August 15 and 16. The Fun Days committee has once again invited the Milford business community to participate in a creative fundraising project. With the help of Mr. Brandon Mowinkel and his shop class, the Chamber of Commerce has provided garden benches that will be decorated by 13 Milford businesses. The benches will be displayed throughout the summer at participating businesses beginning July 7. The benches will then be auctioned off following the Milford Fire Department's BBQ at the firehall on August 16. Proceeds from the auction will be used to defray the expenses of Fun Days. The Milford Chamber of Commerce and the Milford Fun Days Committee would like to thank Mr. Mowinkel and his students for their contribution to this worthwhile project.

Mrs. Burton's Art Class will be painting 3 of the benches.

Last year Windmill's were the items for the auction.
