∑ Basic Allowable Growth Rate Statewide– 2.5% for 07-08
∑ Milford’s Applicable Allowable Growth Rate (AAGR) – 3.3702% or $239,839.85
∑ Milford’s AAGR – 3.3702% + 1% = 4.3702% or $311,004.71
